Wabasso girls’ basketball team blows out RCW

Chelsey Guetter scored 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for the Wabasso Rabbits as they extended their winning streak to eight games with a 56-29 win over Renville County West in a non-conference girls’ basketball game Monday in Renville.

Kimberly Frank added 11 points and four steals for the Rabbits, who are now 16-2 overall. Desi Kramer chipped in six points and a game-high 14 rebounds.

None of the Jaguars (2-13 overall) scored more than six points in the game.

The Rabbits will look to improve to 10-1 in Tomahawk Conference play when they play Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop today in Winthrop.
