MARSHALL – Property was reported found at 6:12 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of North 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of an iPod was reported at 3:18 p.m. Monday on Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – A Tracy man, 58, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 3:12 p.m. Monday on the 2800 block of Lyon County Road 6, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A man, 19, was arrested on a warrant in an incident reported at 3:12 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of Timberlane Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A man, 64, was cited for speeding in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 1:11 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East College Drive and Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A woman, 33, was cited for expired vehicle tabs in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 12:30 p.m. Monday at the intersection of College Drive and O’Connell Street, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – Theft of a water pump and copper was reported at 12:28 p.m. Monday in Custer Township, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TAUNTON – A report is not yet in on a theft incident reported at 12:10 p.m. Monday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A woman, 22, was cited for speeding in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 11:26 a.m. Monday on Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.

GARVIN – A report is not yet in on a theft from a vehicle reported at 9:28 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of Quincy Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A report is not yet in on a personal injury accident reported at 7:36 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA – A one-vehicle accident with a deer was reported at 5:58 a.m. Monday on Lyon County Road 8, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
