MARSHALL – A clothesline was broken in a damage to property incident reported at 2:47 p.m. Sunday on the 500 block of Lynd Street, Marshall Police said.

LYND – Parties in a harassment incident reported at 8:07 a.m. Sunday were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – A runaway was reported at 2:20 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of North Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA – A vandalism incident was reported at 3:26 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of North Jefferson Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 8:08 a.m. Saturday on the 500 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY – An assist incident was reported at 5:12 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of North Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

LYND – A Lynd man, 25, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 11:38 p.m. Friday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

GARVIN – Parties in a harassment incident reported at 10:40 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of Grant Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – An incident described as all other was reported at 8:10 p.m. Friday on Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A search warrant was executed in an incident reported at 3:28 p.m. Friday on the 3000 block of 260th Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A vehicle that spun out at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 19 and Minnesota Highway 23 at 1:15 a.m. Monday was undamaged, Marshall Police said.

BALATON – A report is not yet in on a crash reported at 1:46 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Lyon County Road 7 and Lyon County Road 2, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
