MARSHALL – An orange declawed cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 10:57 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of Elaine Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA – A suspicious incident was reported at 7:48 p.m. Monday on the 700 block of North Jefferson Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A trespassing notice was served in an incident reported at 6:21 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 25, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 5:58 p.m. Monday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 39, was cited for obstructing legal process in an incident reported at 4:17 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A fraud incident reported at 1:10 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East Lyon Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A St. Cloud man, 30, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11:23 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A fraud incident reported at 10:30 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of West Marshall Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 24, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 9:08 a.m. Monday at the Law Enforcement Center, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Parties in a harassment incident reported at 8:48 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of Gray Place were spoken with, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A 2003 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall man, 24, received light damage when it struck a light pole owned by the city of Marshall in a property damage accident reported at 4:29 a.m. Tuesday on Main Street, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – A 1993 Ford driven by a Ghent man, 31, was damaged in a rollover crash reported at 3:04 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 8 and U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said. The vehicle was towed to a repair shop, but the driver was not injured, the sheriff’s department said.
