MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of curfew violation charges on a Marshall girl, 14, in an incident reported at 1:53 a.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

GARVIN – Theft of money was reported at 9:24 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of 4th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – A suspicious incident was reported at 8:35 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Adams Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A wallet with contents was reported lost at 6:17 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of East Redwood Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A parked and unattended 2001 Saturn received moderate damage when struck by an unknown vehicle in an incident reported at 4:32 p.m. Monday on the 1500 block of Boyer Drive, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA – A vandalism incident was reported at 3:36 p.m. Monday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A bicycle reported found at 11:31 a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East College Drive was taken to the garage, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Parties in a harassment incident reported at 11:09 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of East Saratoga Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An incident reported at 7:46 a.m. Monday on the 1300 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

BALATON – A criminal sexual conduct incident reported at 6:31 a.m. Monday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 2:40 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of North Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A 2001 Dodge driven by a Fulda man, 19, received light damage and a 2009 Chevrolet driven by a Milan woman, 20, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 1:08 p.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.
