MARSHALL – A Slayton woman, 18, was arrested for violation of a restraining order and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11:09 p.m. Monday near Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A Balaton man, 24, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 9:38 p.m. Monday at the Law Enforcement Center, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL – The subjects of an incident reported at 8:50 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Birch Street were separated for the night, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A theft reported at 6:35 p.m. Monday on the 800 block of Fairview Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A wallet reported lost at 5:26 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of Fairground Road was later found, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of domestic assault charges on a Marshall man, 19, in an incident reported at 4:19 p.m. Monday on the 1300 block of Pearl Avenue, Marshall Police said.
COTTONWOOD – Parties in a harassment incident reported at 3:05 p.m. Monday on the 800 block of West 1st Street South were advised and counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL – Theft of a wallet and its contents was reported at 1:08 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A missing purebred dog was reported at 8:59 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of Spruce Drive, Marshall Police said. The incident is under investigation, Police said.
