TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 9:41 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of 4th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Redwood Falls man, 42, was arrested on a Redwood County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 9:15 p.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of Peterson Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Keys were reported lost at 6:51 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A suspicious incident reported at 5:18 p.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of Peterson Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of giving a false name and date of birth to a peace officer, driving after revocation and open bottle charges on a Redwood Falls man, 42, in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 2:25 p.m. Tuesday on Minnesota Highway 19, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – An abandoned vehicle reported at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of Birch Street was towed, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A juvenile matter was reported at 11:14 a.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A theft incident reported at 9:38 a.m. Tuesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A 1999 Ford driven by a Canby man, 43, received moderate damage, and a guard rail and two signs were damaged in a property damage accident reported at 4:50 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Channel Parkway and U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.
