Nolting earns 2012 Voices in Philanthropy recognition
Gregory Nolting, CFP, CLTC, CASL, FIC, a financial consultant with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans in Marshall, has received the 2012 Voices in Philanthropy (VIP) Award from the Lutheran Community Foundation (LCF) in Minneapolis. He was one of only 36 representatives nationwide to be so honored.
Nolting is being honored for his exemplary service helping clients put their values and charitable goals into action. Selection was based on total outright and deferred charitable gifts made by Nolting’s clients through the LCF in 2012. These gifts will benefit a variety of local, national and global charities according to each client’s wishes.
“Through Nolting’s work, he has helped his clients give in ways that match their interests and financial circumstances,” said Chris Andersen, LCF president and executive director. “The result is of enormous benefit to the charities receiving support, and ultimately, to our shared community.”
