TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 4:03 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of 4th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – An animal complaint incident reported at 10:23 a.m. Tuesday on the 2600 block of Lyon County Road 5 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
