Crime/Accidents for April 26

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 26, was arrested for third degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:21 a.m. Thursday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Parties in a verbal argument reported at 11:13 p.m. Wednesday were separated for the night, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A domestic incident was reported at 10:01 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Parties in a verbal argument reported at 8:57 p.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of South 4th Street were separated for the night, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A theft incident reported at 8:55 p.m. Wednesday on Heritage Circle is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A verbal argument was reported at 2:10 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of North 3rd Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD – A verbal argument was reported at 10:38 a.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of West 1st Street South, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Parties in a trespassing incident reported at 9:34 a.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of Glenn Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 19, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 8:55 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Spruce Lane, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A 2009 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall man, 71, and a 1997 GMC driven by a Marshall man, 58, both received light damage in a property damage accident reported at 3:31 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
