Courts for May 11

MARSHALL – James Earl Toth, 40, of Cottonwood, pleaded innocent in Lyon County District Court May 7 to charges of first degree aggravated robbery – liability for crimes of another, two counts of first degree burglary – liability for crimes of another, and kidnapping – liability for crimes of another. A complaint alleges Toth or an accomplice bound and threatened a man in Lyon County on March 24 before stealing items from his residence. A trial date was set for June 26-27, and a pretrial hearing was set for June 18.

MARSHALL – Jennifer Kaye Blue, 29, of Cottonwood, pleaded innocent in Lyon County District Court May 7 to charges of first degree aggravated robbery – liability for crimes of another, two counts of first degree burglary – liability for crimes of another, and kidnapping – liability for crimes of another. A complaint alleges Blue or an accomplice bound and threatened a man in Lyon County on March 24 before stealing items from his residence. A trial date was set for June 26-27, and a pretrial hearing was set for June 18.

MARSHALL – Jason Scott Bump, 42, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court May 7 on charges of refusal to submit to a chemical test. A complaint alleges Bump refused to take a chemical test in Marshall on March 22. A hearing was set for June 4.

MARSHALL – Jennifer Ann Selfe, 41, of Lucan, appeared in Lyon County District Court May 7 on charges of giving a false name and date of birth to a peace officer, no insurance, no proof of insurance, and driving after suspension. A complaint alleges Selfe gave a false name to a peace officer during a traffic stop in Marshall on April 21. A hearing was set for June 4.

MARSHALL – Trenten Lee Blomme, 26, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court May 7 on two counts of third degree driving while impaired charges. A complaint alleges Blomme drove with an alcohol level of .08 or greater in Marshall on April 25. A hearing was set for June 4.
