MARSHALL – A Jasper man, 32, was cited for motorcycle instruction permit violation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 11 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Richmond man, 28, was arrested for second degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 9:26 p.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA – A damage to property incident was reported at 5 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of North Madison Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – Keys were reported lost at 4:33 p.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.

GHENT – Damage to tractors was reported at 1:11 p.m. Wednesday on the 2600 block of 180th Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Theft of a girls’ bicycle was reported at 12:24 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An incident described as all other was reported at 11:57 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

LYND – A juvenile female reported as a runaway at 11:13 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Willow Street was returned home, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – An incident described as all other was reported at 9:34 a.m. Wednesday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A 1996 Dodge driven by a Marshall man, 81, and a 2003 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall woman, 48, both received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 7:38 a.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
