MARSHALL – Theft of items from a vehicle was reported at 5:29 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of South High Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of receiving stolen property charges on a homeless man, 29, in an incident reported at 11:09 p.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An assist incident was reported at 9:29 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 26, was cited for shoplifting in an incident reported at 9:14 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of flowers from the Marshall Cemetery and Calvary Cemetery was reported at 10:17 a.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.

LYND – A suspicious incident reported at 9:08 a.m. Monday on the 2500 block of 180th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
