Crime report for July 2

MARSHALL – A verbal warning was given for loud noise in an incident reported at 10:43 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of a girl’s bike was reported at 9 p.m. Sunday on the 1100 block of Paris Road, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Pipestone man, 37, was arrested and cited for driving after revocation and no insurance and the vehicle was towed in an incident reported at 8:22 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 7 and Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Parties were counseled in a harassment incident reported at 7:50 Sunday, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA – The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department assisted the Minneota Police Department in an incident reported at 11:05 a.m. Sunday on the 400 block of East 3rd Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 51, was arrested on a Department of Corrections’ warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11:01 a.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

GARVIN – A public disturbance was reported at 1:08 a.m. Sunday at Garvin Park, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said. It was quiet when the deputy arrived, the sheriff’s department said.

COTTONWOOD – Juveniles were returned home in a runaway incident reported at 3:53 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of West 5th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Granite Falls man, 29, was arrested on a Redwood County warrant and released to Redwood County in an incident reported at 3:50 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of East Redwood Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A 20-year-old man was arrested on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 11:42 a.m. Friday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Fraud reported at 9:30 a.m. Friday on Lyon County Road 74 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
