Crime/accidents for Aug. 2

MARSHALL – Loud people reported at 10:53 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street were dispersed, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A male was arrested for domestic assault in an incident reported at 9:12 p.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A verbal warning was given for noise in a public disturbance incident reported at 8:29 p.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of North 6th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 22, was cited for theft in an incident reported at 8:11 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A white and orange cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 6:28 p.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of North High Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 42, was arrested for disorderly conduct and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 5:25 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East Lyon Street and C Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A non-family member left a residence in a public disturbance incident reported at 4:37 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Hudson Avenue, Marshall Police said. Parties in the incident were counseled and advised, Police said.

MARSHALL – A report is not yet in on an animal bite incident reported at 2:53 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of garbage services was reported at 11:25 a.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A 2007 Chevrolet driven by a Milroy boy, 16, received moderate damage and a 2001 Pontiac driven by a Watson woman, 44, was undamaged in a property damage accident reported at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 4:50 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Three people were injured in a crash reported at 1:37 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 7 and Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said. A 2006 Dodge driven by Ruby Haken of Tyler, and a 2006 Ford driven by Kathryn Serra, address unknown, were involved in the crash, Police said. Serra, Haken, and Lorraine Maleyko, a passenger in the Dodge, were all taken to the hospital by ambulance, Police said.
