MARSHALL – A small brown dog was brought to animal impound in an animal complaint reported at 1:03 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Elaine Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A 28-year-old man was cited for public urination in an incident reported at 1:31 a.m. Friday on East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Burglary reported at 1:49 a.m. Friday on the 1400 block of Carlson Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

BALATON – A man was transported to Granite Falls in an intoxication incident reported at 12:35 a.m. Friday on the 1100 block of East Bay Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
