MARSHALL – Loud music reported at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of West Lyon Street was quiet when an officer arrived, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A probation violation report was sent to Probation on a Marshall boy, 17, in an incident reported at 8:47 p.m. Wednesday on the 1000 block of North 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Parties in a harassment incident reported at 5:57 p.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of Hackberry Drive were counseled, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 5:53 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of 9th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of trespassing notice violation charges on a Marshall man, 52, in an incident reported at 4:01 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A large male tabby cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 3:06 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Thomas Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A trespassing notice was served in an incident reported at 1:57 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Winchester Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An attempted burglary incident reported at 1:06 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Village Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An iPod was reported stolen at 11:14 a.m. Wednesday at Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A wallet was reported found at 10:11 a.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A vehicle was tagged for towing in a parking complaint incident reported at 7:38 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of South 6th Street and South 7th Street, Marshall Police said. The vehicle will be towed if it is not moved, Police said.

MARSHALL – A damage to property incident was reported at 6:41 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of North 5th Street, Marshall Police said.
