ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The City of Marshall, Minnesota, will receive sealed bids at the Finance Director/City Clerk’s Office in the Municipal Building at 344 West Main Street, Marshall, Minnesota 56258 until 10:00 A.M., on November 15, 2013 for City Designated Towing Services for a two (2) year period beginning on January 1, 2014.
All bids shall only be made on the forms of the city, which may be picked up at the Finance Director/City Clerk’s office during normal business hours.
Bids shall be directed to the Finance Director/City Clerk’s office and securely sealed. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in the bidding.
Bids shall be considered by the City Council at 5:30 P.M. on November 26, 2013 in the Professional Room at the Marshall Middle School, 401 South Saratoga Street.
