Crime/accidents for Nov. 13

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of neglect charges on a Marshall man, 26, in an incident reported at 1:58 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Washington Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA – A suspicious incident was reported at 10:31 a.m. Monday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY – An incident described as all other was reported at 5:40 p.m. Sunday on the 600 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA – An auto theft incident was reported at 4:58 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of East 3rd Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

LYON COUNTY – A Marshall man, 48, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and third degree refusal to test, and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:51 a.m. Saturday on U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MINNEOTA – An assault incident was reported at 9:50 p.m. Friday on the 400 block of East 3rd Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA – An incident described as all other was reported at 8:59 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of South Jefferson Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

LYON COUNTY – A bow reported stolen at 12:51 p.m. Friday on Lyon County Road 15 was later found and returned to its owner, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A 2005 Honda driven by a Marshall man, 18, received moderate damage and a parked and unattended 2003 Ford received light damage in a property damage accident reported at 7:55 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Balaton resident was injured in a collision reported at 7:57 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of North Bruce Street, Marshall Police said. A 2002 Dodge driven by Julienne Roby of Balaton received severe damage and a parked and unattended 2007 Ford received moderate damage, Police said. Roby received minor injuries and was treated by an ambulance, Police said.

GHENT – A 2001 Ford driven by a Marshall man, 19, received severe damage when it struck a parked and unattended 2006 Chrysler in a property damage accident reported at 7:23 p.m. Sunday on Burlingame Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

GHENT – A property damage accident was reported at 6:15 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 8 and Minnesota Highway 68, the Minnesota State Patrol said.
