BALATON – Parties in a harassment incident reported at 7:07 a.m. Friday on the 1500 block of U.S. Highway 14 were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 22, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and third degree refusal to test, and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center, in an incident reported at 1:17 a.m. Friday on Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 21, was cited for failure to comply with an impound order and instruction permit violation in an incident reported at 12:40 a.m. Friday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A theft incident reported at 9:48 p.m. Thursday on the 1200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A dog with a black collar was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 9:39 p.m. Thursday on the 1500 block of East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of school bus stop arm violation charges on a Ghent man, 50, in an incident reported at 4:33 p.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of school bus stop arm violation charges on a Marshall woman, 20, in an incident reported at 4:31 p.m. Thursday on the 500 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Minneota man, 32, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 3:21 p.m. Thursday on the 1200 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Parties in a harassment incident reported at 12:28 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of North 1st Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report is not yet complete on an animal bite incident reported at 10:22 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Park Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of a wallet and its contents was reported at 11:54 a.m. Thursday on the 2600 block of Lyon County Road 8, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Southwest Minnesota State University parking pass reported found at 9:36 a.m. Thursday on the 600 block of West Main Street was returned to campus security, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 8:14 a.m. Thursday on the 300 block of 4th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
