MARSHALL – A verbal warning was given for noise reported at 6:05 a.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An incident reported at 10:18 p.m. Wednesday on the 2700 block of 170th Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Theft of a box spring was reported at 9:06 p.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A runaway reported at 8:52 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Parkview Drive was later located and returned home, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Milroy man, 18, was cited for expired driver’s license in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 6:24 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of North Bruce Street and Dano Circle, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Damage to a sign was reported at 6:02 p.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of South 2nd Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An animal bite incident was reported at 3:55 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of Easy Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A child reported lost at 2:44 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South 4th Street was located, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of two propane tanks was reported at 10:23 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Country Club Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A juvenile matter was reported at 10:18 a.m. Wednesday on Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Keys reported found at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of East College Drive were brought to the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

LYON COUNTY – An accident with a deer was reported for insurance purposes at 5:33 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 10 and 390th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A 2005 Dodge driven by a Marshall man, 60, struck a parked and unattended 2001 Buick in a property damage accident reported at 9:29 a.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.
