Crime/accidents for Dec. 11

LYON COUNTY – A verbal argument was reported at 10:48 a.m. Monday on the 1500 block of 141st Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said. One subject left, the sheriff’s department said.

REDWOOD COUNTY – A Redwood Falls man, 22, was arrested on a Lyon County apprehend and detain warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 2:55 p.m. Monday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Fraud reported at 9:17 a.m. Monday on the 900 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A verbal argument was reported at 9:44 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of Stephen Avenue, Marshall Police said. One subject left the residence, Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of gas valued at $54.47 was reported at 9:49 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 25, was arrested for third degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 10:58 a.m. Monday on Country Club Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft reported at 2:56 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An Echo man, 47, was arrested on a Redwood County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 3:33 p.m. Monday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said. He was then released to Redwood County, Police said.

LYON COUNTY – A vehicle was in the ditch and towed out in a property damage accident reported at 8:04 a.m. Monday on the 2400 block of Lyon County Road 33, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said. There was no damage or injuries, the sheriff’s department said.

MARSHALL – Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 11:37 a.m. Monday on the intersection of East College Drive, and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
