MARSHALL – A verbal warning was given for loud music reported at 3:03 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of second degree assault, terroristic threat, and domestic assault charges on a Marshall man, 33, in an incident reported at 1:22 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of North A Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA – An animal complaint incident was reported at 4:03 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of North Grant Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A door was damaged, but no entry was made, in a burglary incident reported at 2:42 p.m. Thursday on Marvin Schwan Memorial Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A cellular phone was reported found at 2:38 p.m. Thursday on the 500 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL – An accident with a deer was reported at 5:27 p.m. Thursday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A property damage accident was reported at 1:34 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 33, the Minnesota State Patrol said.

MARSHALL – Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 7:41 a.m. Thursday on the 700 block of East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.
