COTTONWOOD – Damage to a vending machine was reported at 1:21 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 25, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 12:31 a.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 32, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 9:07 p.m. Monday at the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report is not yet complete on a theft incident reported at 3:53 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of North Whitney Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An Alexandria woman, 45, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 12:27 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An Edgerton man, 56, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11:56 a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

BALATON – An incident reported at 10:33 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of West 2nd Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

BALATON – Check fraud incidents reported at 3:55 a.m. Monday on the 400 block of East Highway 14 are under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
