MARSHALL – A gas drive-off valued at $22.48 was reported at 6:48 a.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of a purse and its contents was reported at 12:13 a.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of Westwood Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 20, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 9:49 p.m. Tuesday on Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 8:41 p.m. Tuesday on the 900 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of theft charges on a homeless man, 19, and a report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of theft and aiding and abetting charges on a Marshall man, 19, in an incident reported at 5:13 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of West Maple Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A vehicle was tow-tagged in a parking complaint incident reported at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of West College Drive, Marshall Police said.

TAUNTON – A check fraud incident reported at 2:24 p.m. Tuesday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – An expired ID reported found at 11:32 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of Kendall Street was destroyed, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A truancy incident was reported at 9:46 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
