LYON COUNTY – A domestic incident reported at 7:48 a.m. Tuesday on the 3900 block of U.S. Highway 59 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A gas driveoff valued at $39.01 was reported at 8:17 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A bicycle was found and taken to the garage in an incident reported at 9:22 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A trespass notice was issued in an incident reported at 10:27 a.m. Tuesday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 26, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Pleasant Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A juvenile female runaway was located in an incident reported at 8:58 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of East Redwood Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Parties were counseled in a harassment incident reported at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD – A Cottonwood woman, 26, was cited for driving after revocation and displaying revoked license plates in an incident reported at 6:53 p.m. Tuesday on the intersection of Main Street and Barstad Road, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A 2001 Pontiac driven by a Lynd woman, 18, received no damage, and a 2005 Pontiac driven by a Russell man, 37, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 6:03 p.m. Tuesday on the intersection of North Bruce Street and Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A 2014 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall woman, 40, received severe damage, and a 1996 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall man, 18, received light damage in a property damage accident reported at 9:10 p.m. Tuesday on the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.
