MARSHALL – A verbal warning was given for loud music reported at 2:02 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Kossuth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 41, was arrested on a Norman County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:02 a.m. Thursday on East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An identity theft incident reported at 5:51 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of violation of a restraining order charges on a Willmar man, 23, in an incident reported at 4:17 p.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A search warrant was executed in an incident reported at 4:14 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of Continental Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of school bus stop arm violation charges on a Marshall man, 39, in an incident reported at 2:19 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Birch Street and Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A criminal sexual conduct incident reported at 1:57 p.m. Wednesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A San Antonio, Texas, man, 28, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 1:37 p.m. Wednesday at the Law Enforcement Center, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A trespassing notice was served in an incident reported at 9:28 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said. The incident is under investigation, Police said.

MARSHALL – A juvenile matter reported at 8:32 a.m. Wednesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

LAKE WILSON – A Tyler woman was injured in a one-vehicle crash reported at 10:33 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 91 and 141st Street, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 2008 Dodge driven by Kristin Fritz, 21, went off the road in icy conditions, entered the ditch and rolled, the State Patrol said. Fritz was taken to the Slayton hospital with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said.

The Murray County Sheriff’s Office also responded at the scene.

LYON COUNTY – A property damage accident reported at 10:08 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 68 and 210th Avenue was handled by the Minnesota State Patrol, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
