MARSHALL – A report was sent to the probation department for a possible probation violation by a Marshall man, 25, in an incident reported at 3 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of Winifred Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A juvenile matter was reported at 7:18 p.m. Sunday, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A theft incident was reported at 7:29 a.m. Sunday on the 1000 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

LYND – A Lynd man, 19, was cited for violation of a city dog nuisance ordinance in an incident reported at 10:29 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Lynd Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

RUSSELL – Theft of money reported at 9:50 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Miller Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MINNEOTA – A fraud incident was reported at 4:13 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of North Washington Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD – An incident reported at 1:52 p.m. Friday on East Park Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department assisted Marshall Police in an incident reported at 10:56 a.m. Friday at the intersection of East Patricia Court and Elaine Avenue, the Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A property damage accident reported at 5:50 a.m. Monday on U.S. Highway 59 was handled by the Minnesota State Patrol, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at noon Sunday on East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
