MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 36, was arrested for probation violation and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11:29 p.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A trespassing notice was served in an incident reported at 11:28 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

GARVIN – A juvenile matter reported at 6:18 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of 3rd Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A report is not yet complete on a vandalism incident reported at 2:42 p.m. Wednesday near Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A domestic dispute was reported at 1:08 p.m. Wednesday on the 2300 block of U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Parties in a harassment incident reported at 11:25 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Whitney Circle were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An auto theft incident reported at 10:27 a.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A cellular phone reported lost at 9:20 a.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of West Main Street was later found, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A 2004 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall man, 46, was undamaged when it struck the Hardee’s building in a property damage accident reported at 11:41 a.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
