MARSHALL – Hugo Morales, 33, of Marshall, pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court Jan. 28 to charges of third degree DWI, court records said. Morales drove with an alcohol level of .08 in Marshall on Dec. 14, court records said. Morales received a stayed sentence of one year in jail, a $600 fine and two years probation with conditions including abide by a chemical use assessment and complete 40 hours of community work service or Sentenced To Service.

MARSHALL – Donald Jeral Fields, 33, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court Jan. 28 on charges of refusal to submit to a chemical test, fourth degree driving while impaired and driving after revocation. A complaint alleges Fields refused to submit to testing in Marshall on Dec. 20. The court found probable cause for the charges, and a hearing was set for Feb. 25.

MARSHALL – Kong Meng Hang, 33, of Tracy, pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court Jan. 28 to charges of third degree driving while impaired – refusal to test and disorderly conduct, court records said. Hang refused to submit to testing in Tracy on Oct. 11, court records said. A sentencing hearing was set for Feb. 25.

MARSHALL – Cody John Jerzak, 23, of Minneota, pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court Jan. 28 to charges of third degree controlled substance crime, court records said. Jerzak possessed marijuana in Lyon County on Sept. 25, court records said. A pre-sentencing investigation was ordered, and a sentencing hearing was set for Feb. 25.

MARSHALL – Conrad Monty Crockett, 44, of Marshall, pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court Jan. 28 to charges of third degree driving while impaired, court records said. Crockett drove with an alcohol level of .09 in Marshall on Aug. 23, court records said. Crockett was sentenced to one year in jail with 335 days stayed, pay a $700 fine and three years probation with conditions including serve 30 days in jail, abstain from alcohol and drugs and abide by laws.

MARSHALL – Thomas Wayne Anderson, 45, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court Jan. 28 on charges of no proof of insurance, intent to escape tax, unlawful use of license plates and seatbelt violation. A complaint alleges Anderson drove a vehicle with expired license plates and no proof of insurance in Lyon County on Jan. 15. A hearing was set for Feb. 25.
