LYON COUNTY – A criminal sexual incident reported at 7:29 p.m. Monday in Lyon County is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Fraud reported at 8:18 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of West Saratoga Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A vehicle was tow tagged in an incident reported at 10:36 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of West Redwood Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A bicycle was found and taken to the garage in an incident reported at 11:43 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of North 3rd Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Parties were counseled in a harassment incident reported at 12:14 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of North 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of wood pallets was reported at 2:27 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Credit card fraud reported at 6:16 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of North Hill Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – The Marshall Police Department assisted the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department in an incident reported at 7:09 p.m. Monday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 38, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 10:48 p.m. Monday on South A Street, Marshall Police said.

BALATON – Check fraud reported at 7:11 p.m. Monday in Balaton is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

GHENT – Theft of a wristlet and its contents was reported at 2:20 p.m. Monday in Ghent, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
