IVANHOE – Services for Lydia Skorczewski, 91, of Ivanhoe will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Ivanhoe. Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m. Sunday at Birk Funeral Home in Ivanhoe, with a rosary at 3 p.m. and prayer service at 5 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to Mass at the church. Burial will be in Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery, Ivanhoe.
She died Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014, at Morningside Heights Care Center in Marshall.
She was born Oct. 16, 1922, in Royal Township, Lincoln County, to John and Lena (Lukaszeski) Dastych.
Survivors include her children, Wayne of Marshall, Gary of Appleton and Terry of Kilkenny; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and sister, Dorothy Deutz of Waite Park.
