MARSHALL – A woman was arrested for fifth degree assault in an incident reported at 10:42 p.m. Friday on the 400 block of South 2nd Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A man was arrested for fourth degree DWI, driving after revocation, minor consumption, minor possession, exhibition driving and underage drinking and driving in an incident reported at 10:25 p.m. Friday on East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A woman was arrested for fifth degree assault in an incident reported at 10:04 p.m. Saturday on the 1400 block of Peterson Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A credit card was found in an incident reported at 7:53 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of North 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A man was arrested for driving after revocation in an incident reported at 1:25 a.m. Sunday on the intersection of East College Drive and Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – No report was in on an intoxication incident reported at 12:48 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – No report was in on a property damage accident reported at 12:48 p.m. Saturday on the intersection of East Southview Drive and East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MURRAY COUNTY -A Slayton woman was injured in a personal injury accident reported at 4:53 p.m. Friday on U.S. Highway 59 near Avoca, Minnesota State Patrol said. A 1997 Ford driven by Darcy Deville of Slayton received minor damage, and a 2000 Oldsmobile driven by a Hills woman, 19, received minor damage, Patrol said. Deville was taken to the Murray County Medical Center in Slayton with non life-threatening injuries, Patrol said. The Murray County Sheriff’s Department, Slayton Fire Department and Avoca First Responders assisted at the scene.
