MARSHALL – A report is not yet in on a traffic related complaint incident reported at 11:45 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of College Drive and Main, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A report is not yet complete on a domestic incident reported at 11:45 p.m. Sunday on the 200 block of North 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL – Vehicles in a trespassing incident reported at 6:50 p.m. Sunday on the 1300 block of 190th St. later moved on, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A bicycle reported found at 5:16 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of West College Drive was brought to the garage, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An Arlington, S.D., man, 54, was cited for having no valid Minnesota driver’s license and no proof of insurance in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of South 4th Street and West College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of a coat from a vehicle was reported at 1:20 p.m. Sunday on the 500 block of Central Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report is not yet complete on a hit-and-run incident reported at 12:22 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of West Marshall Street, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – A Tyler man, 35, was arrested for second degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 6:47 a.m. Sunday on 270th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

LYND – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of fourth degree DWI charges on a Slayton man, 63, in an incident reported at 11:53 p.m. Saturday on Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – Parties in a harassment incident reported at 9:54 p.m. Saturday on the 3200 block of 110th Street were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

BALATON – Subjects were separated for the night in a verbal argument reported at 3:09 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of North Central Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

Accidents

LYON COUNTY – A Marshall woman was injured in a one-vehicle crash reported at 6:20 a.m. Monday near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 8, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 1997 Toyota driven by Terri Wendorff, 47, of Marshall, was southbound on Highway 23 when it lost control in icy conditions, struck a guard rail and rolled, the State Patrol said. Wendorff was taken to a Marshall clinic with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said.

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department assisted at the scene.

MARSHALL – A property damage accident was reported on private property at 9:53 a.m. Saturday on the 3200 block of U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

LYON COUNTY – A report is not yet complete on a personal injury accident reported at 2:09 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of 250th Ave. and Lyon County Road 54, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
