Crime/accidents for March 19

MARSHALL – The owner of a driver’s license reported found at 12:19 a.m. Tuesday on Mustang Trail was contacted, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A verbal warning for noise was given at 9:18 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of Stephen Avenue, Marshall Police said. One subject in the incident left the residence, Police said.

MARSHALL – A Morgan man, 19, was arrested for DWI, underage drinking and driving, minor consumption and minor possession, and was taken to the Law Enforcement Center, in an incident reported at 9:07 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East College Drive and Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Damage to a residence by renters was reported at 12:44 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of Legion Field Road, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A verbal warning was given for a dog at large reported at 12:30 p.m. Monday on the 900 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A bicycle reported found at 12:06 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of North 1st Street was taken to the garage, Marshall Police said.

LYND – Theft of a road sign was reported at 9:47 a.m. Monday at the intersection of 220th Street and 180th Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Keys were reported lost at 7:05 a.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – A personal injury accident reported at 6:16 a.m. Monday on Minnesota Highway 23 was handled by the Minnesota State Patrol, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
