Crime/accidents for March 20

MARSHALL – An intoxicated male was released to a responsible party in an incident reported at 11:43 p.m. Tuesday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 26, was cited for having no insurance in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 10:17 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Bruce Street and Birch Street, Marshall Police said. The vehicle was towed, Police said.

TRACY – A theft incident was reported at 5:57 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of East Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to Human Services in an incident reported at 4:54 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of North 6th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Parties in a harassment incident reported at 1:55 p.m. Tuesday on Marvin Schwan Memorial Drive were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 19, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 10:57 a.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of headphones was reported at 9:39 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A 2002 Ford driven by an Ivanhoe man, 56, received light damage and a 2003 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall man, 57, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 4:55 a.m. Wednesday on the 1000 block of Sherman Avenue, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – A property damage accident reported at 6:40 a.m. Tuesday on U.S. Highway 59 was handled by the Minnesota State Patrol, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
