Crime for March 22

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 19, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in an incident reported at 11:33 p.m. Thursday near Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A domestic incident was reported at 9:28 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of 7th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A wallet and its contents were reported lost at 8:22 p.m. Thursday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Parties in a verbal argument reported at 8:11 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of G Street were separated, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – The owner of a purse reported found at 8 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Genesis Avenue was contacted, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Parties in a harassment incident reported at 6:30 p.m. Thursday on the 600 block of Donita Avenue were counseled, Marshall Police said.

GARVIN – A Garvin boy, 7, was bitten by a dog in an incident reported at 6:22 p.m. Thursday on the 500 block of 4th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said. The dog was quarantined, the Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – A theft incident reported at 4:40 p.m. Thursday was handled by the Tracy Police, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Damage to bathroom fixtures was reported at 3:36 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of C Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report is not yet complete on a truancy incident reported at 1:59 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Stephen Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of copper was reported at 11:38 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of F Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA – A fraud incident was reported at 11:32 a.m. Thursday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 21, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 10:46 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
