Crime/accidents for March 26

LYND – A Lynd man, 24, was arrested for domestic assault and DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 12:47 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of West Railroad Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – An assault incident was reported at 9:52 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of Greenwood Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Canby woman, 26, was cited for driving after revocation and child restraint violation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 8:59 p.m. Monday at the intersection of West Lyon Street and North 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An alcohol related incident was reported at 8:41 p.m. Monday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

LYND – A Lynd man, 44, was arrested for violating an order for protection, and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center, in an incident reported at 6:32 p.m. Monday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 5:53 p.m. Monday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A parked and unattended 2000 Peterbilt received moderate damage when it was struck by an unknown vehicle in an incident reported at 11:26 a.m. Monday on the 800 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A trespassing notice was issued in an incident reported at 10:36 a.m. Monday near Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.
