Free soccer clinic moved to April 12

MARSHALL – The Southwest Minnesota State women’s soccer team has postponed its free youth soccer clinic for players aged 5 to 17 from 1 to 3 p.m. April 12 at The Schwan Regional Events Center. Thursday’s snow shower made the field unplayable.

There will be a variety of age-appropriate drills and stations for players to fine-tune their skills for the upcoming season.

The Marshall United Soccer Association is still accepting registrations for the spring/summer season. Registration forms can be found online at www.marshallyouthsoccer.com. Registration information will also be available at the soccer clinic Saturday.

Following the clinic, all are invited to stay for the Mustangs’ spring game.
