MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 57, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and taken to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 12:14 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of East Main Street and 1st Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – An animal complaint was reported at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – Theft of copper wire was reported at 3:35 p.m. Wednesday near Independence Park, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 23, was arrested and cited for shoplifting and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a theft incident reported at 1:37 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
