MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 22, was arrested for third degree DWI and obstructing legal process and brought to the Law Enforcement Center, and a Marshall man, 22, was cited for fleeing police on foot, in an incident reported at 12:23 a.m. Thursday on East College Drive, Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Theft of money was reported at 8:56 a.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of North 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A verbal argument was reported at 10:19 a.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of a Kindle was reported at 12:17 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.
