Crime report for May 5

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 36, was arrested for DWI in an incident reported at 3:13 a.m. Sunday on the 600 block of Elaine Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Two Marshall males were cited for loud and noisy gathering, and a party of more than 100 people was broken up, in an incident reported at 1:14 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of North Whitney Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A trespassing incident was reported at 5:04 p.m. Saturday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 36, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court in an incident reported at 2:21 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A gas drive-off was reported at 1:56 p.m. Saturday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A woman, 18, was arrested for fourth degree DWI, failure to yield, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in an incident reported at 1:03 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Main Street and 5th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 29, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court in an incident reported at 12:55 a.m. Saturday on the 200 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 21, was cited for public consumption in an incident reported at 12:48 a.m. Saturday near the Gambler, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Balaton boy, 17, was cited for minor consumption in an incident reported at 12:36 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Redwood Street and Walker Lane, Marshall Police said.
