Crime for May 7

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 27, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 8:19 a.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A juvenile female runaway reported at 8:35 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Paris Road was located, Marshall Police said. A report was sent to Human Services, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A lost child reported at 6:30 p.m. Monday was returned to a parent, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A juvenile matter reported at 5:22 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Paris Road was referred to the county attorney and Human Services, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 27, was arrested on a Pipestone County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 4:18 p.m. Monday on Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 23, was cited for driving after suspension in another state in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 4:02 p.m. Monday on Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An envelope and check reported found at 2:56 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of West Main Street were mailed to their owner, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – The subjects of a theft incident reported at 1:10 p.m. Monday were advised and counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A trespassing notice was served in an incident reported at 12:10 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of Donita Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 23, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 10:17 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD – The subjects of a harassment incident reported at 10 a.m. Monday on the 800 block of Shoreview Drive were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A substance was poured on a vehicle in a vandalism incident reported at 8:29 a.m. Monday on the 400 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.
