MARSHALL – A vehicle turn signal was broken in a damage to property incident reported at 7:16 a.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 25, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 1:32 a.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A black and brown cat with a pink collar was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 11:01 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of North 7th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A verbal warning was given for loud music reported at 9:24 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

GARVIN – A report was sent to the Garvin city attorney for consideration of assault charges in an incident reported at 8:55 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of 4th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 6:41 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Madison Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA – An incident described as all other was reported at 12:04 p.m. Tuesday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – An incident reported at 10:37 a.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Paris Road was handled by Human Services, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 27, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 8:19 a.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – A report is not yet complete on a property damage accident reported at 11:49 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 260th Avenue and 330th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
