MARSHALL – Theft of a license plate was reported at 8:36 p.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A porta-potty was damaged in an incident reported at 5:18 p.m. Wednesday at SMSU, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A suspicious incident reported at 4:50 p.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of North 6th Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
TRACY – Vandalism was reported at 4:43 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of North Third Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL – A white cell phone was found and taken to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 12:35 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of North 5th Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – An incident described as all other reported at 11:31 a.m. on the 1400 block of East Lyon Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A parked and unattended 2001 Chrysler received light damage when it was struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit- and-run incident reported at 10:51 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A stray cat was taken to the Animal Impoundment Center in an animal complaint incident reported at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday on the 1000 block of Prospect Road, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A building was damaged in a hit-and-run incident reported at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of South 5th Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A 2002 Chevy driven by a Marshall man, 24, received no damage and a 1999 Chrysler driven by a Marshall woman, 24, received severe damage in a property damage accident reported at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of South Bruce Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
LYON COUNTY – A Tracy man, 20, was injured in a crash reported at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. Highway 59 near mile marker 61, the Minnesota State Patrol said. Brady Townsend received non-life threatening injuries while he slowed to stop for a construction flagger and his 1989 Chevrolet pickup was rear-ended by a 2011 Hino semi driven by Richard Anderson, 21, of St. Paul, State Patrol said. The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department assisted, State Patrol said.
