Crime/accidents for May 14

MARSHALL – Liquid was dumped on vehicles in seven separate vandalism incidents reported between 4:11 a.m. and 4:37 a.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said. The incidents were reported on the 200 and 300 blocks of South 4th Street, the 200 block of South 5th Street, Lynd Street, Mill Street and the 100 block of East Main Street, Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of a sign was reported at 12:40 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of South High Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Loud people reported at 11:05 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of East Main Street were given a verbal warning, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A theft incident reported at 7:55 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of second degree assault, aggravated robbery and fifth degree assault charges on two Marshall boys, ages 15 and 16, in an incident reported at 6:10 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A pink dome tent was reported lost at 5:25 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of Lawrence Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An intoxicated male was released to detox in an incident reported at 4:45 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of North 3rd Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of fifth degree controlled substance charges on an Anoka man, 27, in an incident reported at 12:57 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A gas drive-off valued at $22.36 was reported at 11:36 a.m. Monday on the 800 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Lights were reported stolen and damaged at 8:15 a.m. Monday at Liberty Park, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A 1997 Lincoln driven by an Olivia man, 77, and a 2001 Ford driven by an Albertville woman, 29, both received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 10:13 a.m. Monday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.
