TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON – An incident described as all other reported at 7:46 p.m. Tuesday on the 2000 block of 130th Street was referred to the Probation Department, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of domestic assault charges on a Marshall man, 43, in an assault incident reported at 6:25 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of West Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A theft reported at 5:57 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of a boy’s bicycle was reported at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A yellow lab was taken to the Animal Impoundment Center in an animal complaint incident reported at 4:08 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said. The dog was later released to its owner after fees were paid, Police said.

MARSHALL – A window was broken in a damage to property incident reported at 3:31 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An assault reported at 1:56 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A boy’s bicycle was reported found at 12:44 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of West Redwood Street, Marshall Police said. The bicycle was taken to storage, Police said.
