LYON COUNTY – A Minneota man, 39, was cited and arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a traffic related incident reported at 2:03 a.m. Friday on Lyon County Road 8, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A traffic related incident reported at 11:44 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Carrow Street and East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Granite Falls woman, 20, was arrested on a Chippewa County warrant and taken to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 8:32 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of East Main Street and E Street, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – A Rice Lake, Wis. man, 33, was cited for speeding and arrested on a Scott County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 5:02 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and 190th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – An assault reported at 3:28 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An orange cat was taken to the Animal Impoundment Center in an animal complaint incident reported at 2:39 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Donita Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – The subjects of a harassment incident reported at 2:31 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of South 4th Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A reciprocal incident reported at 12:11 p.m. Thursday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA – An assault reported at 11:47 a.m. Thursday on the 500 block of North Monroe Street is under investigation, Minneota Police said.

GARVIN – A reciprocal incident reported at 10:54 a.m. Thursday on the 300 block of Quincy Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
