Crime report for May 20

MARSHALL – A verbal argument was reported in a domestic incident at 5:15 p.m. Sunday on the 1400 block of Parkside Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – The subjects of a harassment incident reported at 4:14 p.m. Sunday on the 500 block of Village Drive were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A theft reported at 2:06 p.m. Sunday on the 1000 block of East Southview Drive is being handled internally, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – Land was damaged by mud boggers in a damage to property incident reported at 1:01 p.m. Sunday on the 2000 block of 310th Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – An incident described as all other reported at 11:27 a.m. Sunday on the 1300 block of Peterson Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of theft charges on a Milroy boy, 13, in an incident reported at 10:33 a.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An animal complaint was reported at 5:22 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of First Street East and Elm Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA – A burglary was reported at 5:18 p.m. Saturday in Van’s Trailer Court, Minneota Police said. The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department assisted with the incident. No further information was available

GARVIN – A parked and unattended 2008 Cadillac received light damage when it was stuck by an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run incident reported at 10:01 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block od Second Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – An animal complaint was reported at 3:25 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of Fourth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

LYND – A family matter incident reported at 3:22 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of St. Albans Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MINNEOTA – An animal bite was reported at 3:04 p.m. Friday near the intersection of North Jackson Street and East Fifth Street, Minneota Police said. The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department assisted with the incident. No further information was available.

LYON COUNTY – A black pitbull was found in an incident reported at 2:07 p.m. Friday near the Lyon County Landfill, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
