MARSHALL – A burglary report at 2:16 a.m. Friday on the 800 block of North 6th Street was unfounded, Marshall Police said.

GARVIN – A report was sent to the Garvin city attorney for consideration of domestic assault, disorderly conduct and terroristic threat charges on a Garvin man, 48, in a domestic incident reported at 7:44 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Fourth Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s department said.

TRACY – An animal complaint was reported at 7:10 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – Theft of a bike seat was reported at 6:02 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of South Sixth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A lost iPod was reported at 3:54 p.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of driving after cancellation, no insurance, seat-belt violation and possession of drug paraphernalia charges on a East Grand Forks man, 52, in a traffic incident reported at 10:56 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of West Main Street and Eleventh Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Silver-rimmed glasses were reported found at 10:55 a.m. Thursday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of terroristic threat charges on a Cottonwood girl, 15, in a threat incident reported at 10:39 a.m. Thursday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

COTTONWOOD – A report was sent to human services regarding family living conditions in an incident described as all other reported at 10:39 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of disorderly conduct charges on a Marshall man, 38, in a harassment incident reported at 10:34 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Stephen Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A dog was returned to its owner and the owner was given a verbal warning in an animal complaint incident reported at 8:37 a.m. Thursday on Robert Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

GHENT – A property damage accident reported at 5:35 p.m. Thursday on the 3300 block of Minnesota Highway 68 was handled by the Minnesota State Patrol, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL – Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 4:10 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of West Main Street and Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 3:25 p.m. Thursday on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Frazee girl was injured when her bicycle was struck by a car in a personal injury accident reported at 1:28 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Horizon Drive and South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said. Desiree Finch received minor injuries when her bicycle was struck by a 2010 Honda driven by a Marshall woman, 47, Police said. Finch was not taken to the hospital and the Honda received light damage, Police said.

MARSHALL – Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 8:43 a.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD – A 2012 Jeep driven by a Cottonwood woman, 70, received moderate damage and a 2002 Honda driven by a Wakarusa, Ind., man, 69, received light damage in a property damage accident at 8:29 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of West Main Street and North Barstad Road, the Lyon County Sheriff’s department said.
